If you decide to sign up at Full Tilt Poker, you are eligible for their first deposit bonus (which we have rated as our top poker bonus). The bonus is a 100% match up to $600 - every dollar you deposit (up to $600) is worth an additional dollar in bonus money. To clear the bonus you have to earn a certain amount of "Full Tilt Points" (FTPs for short). How to Earn Full Tilt Points

Players earn FTPs by playing real money ring games, tournaments, and sit and go's. Each player at a ring table earns one FTP for every $1 that is raked from the pot. You don't actually have to see a flop or play the hand - as long as you were dealt into the hand, you will receive FTPs if the pot is raked. Partial points are awarded, so if the pot is raked $0.75 each player will receive 0.75 FTPs. You can earn up to three FTPs per hand, because of the $3 maximum rake/hand.

In tournaments and sit and go's, you earn seven FTPs for every $1 you pay in tournament fees. So, if you enter a $100+9 multi table tournament, you will earn 63 FTPs ($9 entry fee x 7 FTPs).

Happy Hours

To accelerate your FTP accumulation, make sure to play at tables that have a smiley face next to them in the lobby. The smiley indicates that the table is currently in a Full Tilt Poker Happy Hour, meaning that you will either earn double or triple the normal amount of FTPs at the table. Full Tilt Poker Games (9.7/10.0):

Full Tilt Poker offers one of the most extensive lineups of poker games that we've encountered so far. They made our list of best poker sites for game selection. Besides just No Limit and Fixed Limit Texas Hold'em, they offer Omaha Hi, Omaha Hi/Lo, Razz, 7 Stud, 7 Stud Hi/Lo, H.O.R.S.E., H.O.S.E., H.O.E, O.E., and H.A. (Hold'em and Omaha). In the mixed games, "E" stands for Omaha Eight or Better, also known as Omaha Hi/Lo.

Their NL Hold'em stakes range from $500/$1,000 to $0.01/$0.02 blinds. At this time, they only have two $500/$1,000 tables, and one of them is the "Ivey Deathmatch". This is a cool little idea that Full Tilt had, and it is a heads up table for any player who wants to challenge Phil Ivey in a high stakes heads up match. Rush Poker

Full Tilt just pushed their lead in the online poker world even further by launching a new poker variation called "Rush Poker". Players join a Rush Poker game by entering a player pool, and they are then randomly matched with eight new opponents every time they fold a hand.

As soon as you fold one hand you are whisked away from the table and immediately receive new cards. There is also a "Quick Fold" button that lets you leave the table before it is even your turn.

Rush Poker requires a little different strategy than normal poker games because players tighten up immensely. Instead of sitting around to play a low pocket pair or perhaps King-Jack offsuit, players can fold and instantly receive a new set of hole cards. The first big Sunday tournament is the Sunday Brawl at 14:00 EST. This is a $100,000 Guaranteed tournament with a $256 buy-in. It is a bounty tournament, so every time you knock out another player, you receive a $40 bounty. This is a big favorite among the players, so check it out this Sunday.

After the Sunday Brawl, Full Tilt offers their marquee tournament at 18:00 EST, the $750,000 Guarantee. This is a $216 tournament that draws thousands of players each week, and always eclipses the $750,000 guaranteed prize pool.
