Aced.com Poker Software (8.8/10.0):

As I mentioned, one of Aced's strong points is their poker software, which at the time of this writing is only available for players with a PC. The lobby has a cool blue colored theme that is easy on the eyes, and highlights the various tabs and options a player can choose. On the top, you can select between Poker Tables, Tournaments, Other Games, and News. If you select the news tab, you'll see the latest promotions and updates at Aced Poker.

If you head to the Poker Tables section you'll find all of the cash tables that Aced.com offers. To help filter the thousands of tables down, you can choose between Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Draw & Other, and Custom Games. After selecting a game, you can choose the format by selecting No Limit, Pot Limit, or Fixed Limit. This filtering system is something that most poker sites use, and really helps players find the table they're looking for quickly and easily.

If you decide to check out the Tournaments Tab, you can select between Scheduled, Sit N Go, Satellite, or Private to help you quickly find the tournament you'd like to play. Also, Aced has a unique feature where they show icons next to each tournament listing to identify what sort of tournament it is (think Bounty, Deep Stack, Re-buy, etc). This is a really good idea and helps players find the tournaments they're looking for.

Once you find the game you're looking for, you'll be taken to the Aced poker table, which is actually embedded into the lobby so you don't have to have windows open for each table. The Aced poker tables are really cool, and have a very futuristic look with information and buttons that are right where they should be. Another awesome feature at Aced.com is their friend's list option. If you meet cool people at the tables, you can add them to your friend's list and quickly find them every time they log on to chat or play against each other. Aced.com $500 Deposit Bonus

Aced.com offers its poker players a first time deposit bonus of 100% up to $500. This bonus is only for new depositors, and each player can take advantage of the bonus only once. Once you have deposited, you have to clear the bonus in $50 increments by earning comp points. These points are earned by playing for real money at the Aced.com poker site. We couldn't find any specific information on the clearing requirements for the bonus, but from what I've heard the bonus is reasonable if you're a middle limit player or higher.

Aced.com Bad Beat Jackpot

Another cool Aced.com promotion is their bad beat jackpot, which is currently over $600,000. To get a piece of this jackpot, you have to be at the table

To qualify, at least four players have to be dealt into the hand, and the losing hand must be at least four of a kind sevens. Also, both players in the hand have to use both of their hole cards, and it must be a heads up showdown to qualify. This is a great way to get players excited about playing, especially when the bad beat jackpot reaches 6 figures.

Aced Poker Games (8.4/10.0):

Even though Aced.com is a new poker room, they already have significant traffic because they're part of the Merge Gaming Network. Some other big rooms on this network include Carbon Poker and PDC Poker. Currently, there are roughly 8,700 real money players online, so the traffic is more than enough to fill tables and keep games going 24/7.

The Aced poker site offers Texas Hold'em, Omaha (normal and Hi-Lo), Seven Card Stud (normal and Hi-Lo), Razz, Five Card Stud, Five Card Draw, Badugi, Triple Draw, and Mixed Game poker tables. Their stakes for NL Hold'em start at $0.02/$0.04 and go up to $50/$100, but at the time of this writing the biggest game running is $5/$10.

Traffic for games other than No Limit Hold'em is fairly limited, mainly because the Merge network doesn't have the player volume of bigger poker sites such as PokerStars or Full Tilt. You can find a game at most of the poker variations that Aced offers, but it is likely to be a low limit game.

Aced.com Poker Tournaments (8.6/10.0):

The Aced tournament lineup isn't in the same league as the bigger online poker rooms, but they have a decent lineup with some fun tournaments for smaller stakes players. Every day Aced has dozens of guaranteed tournaments, mostly focused on the No Limit Hold'em game. The big Sunday tournament at this poker site is a $109 buy-in $50,000 guaranteed freezeout.

Although the tournaments here are small in comparison to the larger poker sites, one benefit of playing tournaments at Aced is the fact that they often have overlays in their guaranteed tournaments. This is when the poker site guarantees a certain prize pool, but not enough players enter to reach the guarantee, so there is extra money in the prize pool.

Aced Poker "Swagger" Rewards (9.6/10.0):

Aced Poker has a really cool VIP system titled "Swagger". There are four Swagger levels, starting at Silver, then leading up to Gold, Platinum, and the highest level, Black. To move up the ranks you have to earn "VIP points".

How to Earn VIP Points

Swagger Rewards

In case you don't know, Aced "Junkets" are private meet ups around the world that are 100% free, and invite-only. To be invited you need to reach the Black level. I have a few friends who have gone on an Aced Junket, and by the sounds of it, they are truly amazing.

"Outs"

Aced Poker has another cool rewards system called "Outs". Basically, it rewards players with VIP points for completing certain tasks such as winning two sit and go's in a row, playing your 5,000^th hand, or hitting a two outer on the river to win a pot. This is a fun way to get players more involved in the game, and to reward them for accomplishing certain achievements.
