Now this is a place for serious poker players! Only Poker (www.OnlyPoker.com) has a motto of “No Bullsh*t” and they mean it. This is a great place for poker players, both new and experienced to find good action, lots of tournaments, and plenty of promotions. One of the strong points at Only Poker is their software. It is clean, neat, and easy to navigate.

Only Poker is part of the Cake Poker Network and therefore allows USA players to play for real money. By joining the Cake Poker Network, Only Poker has jump started their brand with good player traffic and tournaments. Read on to learn more about the OnlyPoker poker room.

OnlyPoker.com Software (7.8/10.0):

When the Cake Poker network started, the software was designed by poker players, for poker players. The Only Poker software looks much like all the other online poker rooms in the Cake network. Having said that, it is a great looking, clean software with a lobby that is super easy to navigate. Here is a screen shot of the Only Poker lobby:

Within the lobby players can see all ring games, tournaments, and tabs for the cashier, rewards, your account, and a help tab. As you can see, once you choose Ring Games or Tournaments, you can further filter the tables by game type (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 7 Card Stud, or 7 Card Stud Hi-Lo) as well as Play Money/Real Money and Fixed, Pot, or No Limit tables. The help tab shows what types of player support are offered.

Once you find a suitable cash game or tournament, you will be lead to the Only Poker table. Only Poker chooses to use player characters as opposed to custom avatars. Each player has a character at the table, and the player's username and chip stack size is listed in a box over the character. Other useful features at the Only Poker table include a standard pot size indicator in the middle of the table, and large, easy to read playing cards.

Only Poker Promotions (8.2/10.0):

Only Poker offers a slew of promotions, including their 110% sign up bonus and occasional reload bonuses.

$600 OnlyPoker.com Bonus

Only Poker offers all new players a 110% up to $600 bonus on their first deposit at the site. To redeem this bonus, simply visit OnlyPoker.com, create an account, and make a deposit. The bonus will instantly show up in your account. Before you can wager or withdraw the bonus money, though, you must "clear" the bonus.

To clear the bonus you need to play poker with your deposit money, which earns you "Frequent Player Points". The bonus money is released in $10 increments every time you acquire 166.7 Frequent Player Points (FPPs). You can earn FPPs by playing real money cash games, sit and go's, and tournaments. For every dollar in rake at the cash tables, one frequent player point is awarded and for every dollar paid for tournament fees, players get 7 FPPs.

Only Poker Reload Bonuses

Only Poker occasionally offers reload bonuses to their most loyal players. If there are two bonuses offered at the same time, players can combine them, like a first deposit bonus and a reload bonus. Just remember that some of the offers might have a maximum combined amount players can receive.

Only Poker Games (6.9/10.0):

Even though OnlyPoker.com is a new poker room, they have plenty of full tables for players to choose from because they are on the Cake Poker Network. This means they shares traffic with other sites on the network like Cake Poker, Sportsbook Poker, and Players Only Poker, so all of the sites have more players at their tables.

Game varieties offered are Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, and 7 Stud Hi/Lo, although at the time of this writing there were no 7 Stud cash games available. Table stakes range from $0.02/$0.04 up to $500/$1000, but the biggest game running is usually around $50/$100. Cash games can be played in No Limit, Fixed Limit, and Pot Limit varieties. Players also have the choice of full table, short handed, or turbo short handed games.

There are occasionally people seated at the high stakes cash games, but it is usually at the heads up tables. The highest limit that we saw action on was the $50/$100 Pot Limit Omaha where the viewed flop % was only 37%.

Only Poker would have received a higher score here if their Seven Card Stud games actually ran, and if they could get higher stakes tables running with more regularity.

OnlyPoker.com Tournaments (8.0/10.0):

If you are looking for an online poker room with lots of tournaments, then seat yourself at Only Poker where there are hundreds of tournaments every day. Tournament buy-ins range from freeroll games to $5,000 heads up matches. Players can also use their Gold Chips to buy into many of the tournaments.

OnlyPoker.com offers tournaments in Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi-Lo in No Limit, Pot Limit, and Fixed Limit forms. Although their website claims that they offer Seven Card Stud tournaments, we couldn't find any in the lobby. Players who hold certain Gold Cards can also get free entry into many special tournaments.

Only Poker Rewards (8.6/10.0):

OnlyPoker.com offers great incentives to loyal customers. They have a Gold Chip VIP program where players earn frequent player points that are converted into Gold Chips. Once you make your first deposit and start playing, you automatically start earning points. After you earn your first Gold Chip you will not need to earn as many frequent player points to get your next chip - this makes it easier and easier to earn subsequent chips.

Gold Card Rewards

Another way to earn rewards is by holding Gold Cards. These rewards are randomly issued in ring games of all stakes and levels. Gold Cards are rewarded once a table reaches a predetermined rake amount, therefore you will see more Gold Cards issued at the higher stakes tables.

The value of the Gold Cards varies depending on which of the fifty-two card deck is dealt. Some cards have instant value, while others will need to be held onto for future use. All Gold Cards will have the year they were issued across the middle of the card, and the cards will never expire.

Holding a Gold Card could be worth lots of money, especially if you manage to get a full deck! The first player of the year to acquire all fifty-two different gold cards earns a $52,000 prize!
